I coach men and women to lose stubborn belly fat and add lean muscle by addressing excessive insulin resistance, adrenal burnout, impaired liver function, and high estrogen levels. I teach them to be in control of their destiny.

Here are some of the questionnaires, to name a few. I need the whole picture, and you need to know what is happening with your body. Health comes first.

You will log in, fill out your questionnaires, and then work on creating a personal program based on you and only what your body needs…

When the program is completed, you will log in and find a real-time exercise program with each exercise’s videos, all the sets, reps, and rest periods on the page. You can print it out and take it to the gym. It is like having me there at a fraction of the cost.
